On Tuesday 31st March,  as part of our maths week,  Lucy,   Joe  and Reese visited us from Cowran farm bringing with them lambs,  a duck,  an incubator with eggs,  rabbits and guinea pigs.  We had to weigh and measure the animals and record everything in a table.  Before feeding the lambs we had to weigh and measure the milk and also keep records of how much milk they had each drunk.  

We took turns to feel the consistency of the lamb feed.

Feeding the lambs was great.

Rollo the duck was very tame and let us measure him easily.

We gave the rabbits names before we weighed and measured them. 

It was great to hold and stroke the baby rabbits.
